ABOUT

Cornerstone Integrated Healthcare of Ohio LLC, a holistic approach to wellness, is a multi-practice clinic, which offers mental health treatment, family medicine, office based opioid treatment, counseling, and telehealth services. We meet people where they are and offer individualized treatment plan to meet care needs.
We provide a companionate environment to help in the destigmatization of mental health and substance abuse disorders. We form a bridge by increasing accessibility to address the shortage of mental health care.
